Double-Dazzling Triumph by Daryl written by John Racherbaumer - Book
A featured routine in the performance which won Daryl first prize in the IBM close up competition. Effect: Two cards are selected and returned to deck. Deck is now given a half face up, half face down shuffle followed by an original (and very convincing) cut sequence. Deck is then spread and all the cards are seen to be face down except for two face up cards together in the middle. The face up cards are not the selections. Deck is divided in the middle (where face up cards lie) and face up cards are used as 'indicator cards' to count down in each half. The two selected cards are found at the indicated positions! One selection is red, the other black and the other 25 cards in each half are of opposite color! A surprising and dramatic color separation finish!
