Let It Go To Your Head by Frances Ireland Marshall - Book
Frances Ireland Marshall (1910-2002) was an icon among all kinds of magicians—performers, dealers, creators, writers, etc.—for decades. This book explains her chapeaugraphy routine that she used for most of her career. She designed the act to be done as a kind of lecture on the history and use of hats for use at women's clubs. Some of the comments in this book haven't aged well, but it still has many insights into the performance of chapeaugraphy.
