From the download:
"What I consider a very fair trick—a four ace effect done with one hand. The four aces are shown and handed to a spectator to hold. The magician takes the pack in the left hand, and from now on only one hand is used. The spectator places one ace on top of the deck. The magician cuts it to the middle by use of the Charlier pass. The next ace is shown, placed on top, and it is cut into the pack. The other two are dealt with in the same way. A few more short cuts and the magician asks someone to look at a few of the top cards to make sure no ace is there. The same check-up is made with the bottom few cards. The aces have been placed into the pack separately in the most open manner by cutting it to the middle, using one cut only for each ace.
Now the magician goes into action. A single one hand cut, the top card is dealt off - it's an ace. Another single cut, another ace. Another single cut, another ace. Final and last cut, the last ace. Four fast cuts, bingo--four aces.
Naturally the effect can be done using both hands. Probably those who do not know the Charlier pass will do it that way. But the greatest selling point to the layman, even to most magicians, in this effect is the use of only one hand."
