The Act by Senor Mardo - Book
Everybody owns tricks, some magicians a great many, but not everybody knows how to make an act or a show out of their tricks. Senor Mardo (1895-1976) was a pro of long standing and in this book he has patterned fifteen 'acts' designed for the ambitious magician. In some of these, every detail is given, so the student may know how an act is created. In others, the pattern of the routine is given, along with suggested tricks, and the magician will apply his new knowledge to arranging these acts. In one act, a novel and completely routined rope trick is included. Most of the tricks are standards, which you may already have. This book is perfect for anyone trying to turn their tricks into shows.
In the world of magic, the secret is told when the trick is sold. Accordingly, Magic Inc. has a strict no-refund policy. Thus, once you receive an item, you have access to the secrets included, and that is not something that we can get back from you. For this reason, we do not issue refunds and we do not exchange product that is in working order. However, if the merchandise should be defective, we will gladly replace it with a non-defective version of the same trick. No exceptions.
